Educational Qualification

• Must possess an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

• Must be eligible to practice as an advocate under the Advocates Act.

Age Limit (as of 1st January 2025)

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 35 years

• Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST/OBC (Chhattisgarh Domicile): +5 years

  • Female Candidates: +10 years

  • Chhattisgarh Government Employees: +3 years

• Must be a citizen of India.

• Should be of sound character and medically fit.
