  • Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

  • Total Marks: 100 (Law) + 50 (Gujarati Language) = 150 Marks

  • Duration:

    • Law Paper: 2 Hours

    • Gujarati Language Paper: 30 Minutes (qualifying only)

  • Negative Marking: 0.33 per incorrect answer

  • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50% required to qualify for the Mains

    • Paper I: Civil Law โ€“ 100 Marks

Educational Qualification
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university

  • Must be eligible to practice as an Advocate under the Advocates Act

Other Requirements
  • Must be a citizen of India

  • Must possess basic knowledge of computer applications

  • Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory (unless exempted)
