๐ŸŽ“ Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
  • Must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university

  • Must be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act

  • Candidates pursuing final year of LL.B. are not eligible

Age Limit (as on notification date)
  • Minimum Age: 22 years

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

  • Age Relaxation:

    • SC/ST/OBC (Jharkhand Domicile): Up to 40 years

    • Female Candidates: Additional relaxations as per government rules

Other Conditions
  • Must be a citizen of India

  • Must be medically fit and of good moral character

  • Should not have any criminal convictions

  • Papers are set in English and Hindi

  • Candidates are expected to have proficiency in both languages

  • Paper IV (Language) specifically tests writing and translation skills
