๐ŸŽ“ Eligibility Criteria
  • Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Law (LLB โ€“ 3 or 5 years) from a recognized university

    • Must be eligible to practice as an Advocate under the Advocates Act

  • Experience :

    • At least 3 years of continuous legal practice as an Advocate (preferred for experienced posts)

  • Age Limit (as on 1st January 2025):

    • Minimum: 21 years

    • Maximum: 35 years

    • Age Relaxation:

      • OBC/SC/ST: Up to 3โ€“5 years as per state rules

      • Persons with Disabilities: As per reservation norms

  • Other Requirements:

    • Indian citizenship

    • Fluency in Marathi is essential for translation and local laws
