✅ Preliminary Examination (Objective)

    1. Civil Law I (200 marks) – CPC, Indian Contract Act, Sale of Goods Act, Partnership Act, Specific Relief Act, Transfer of Property Act, and Indian Evidence Act

    2. Civil Law II (200 marks) – Hindu Law, Mohammedan Law, Customary Law, Registration Act, Limitation Act

    3. Criminal Law (200 marks) – IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act

    4. English Language (200 marks) – Essay (1,000 words), Precis, Words and Phrases, Comprehension

    5. Punjabi Language (100 marks) – Essay writing, translation, vocabulary

  • Duration: 3 hours per paper

  • Minimum Qualifying: 50% (45% for reserved categories) in aggregate

✅ Viva Voce (Interview)

  • Total Marks: 100

  • Qualifying Marks: 50% (45% for reserved categories)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Enrollment Must be eligible for enrollment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act
